Our prices are published, and they're the same for every Langley client. Langley Marketing uses the plans of our parent brand, Trades.Agency. Plans run month to month, annual billing lowers the monthly rate, and BC clients add 5% GST.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | In short |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The essentials for an established Langley trade: usually one or two channels run properly |

All prices are in Canadian dollars before GST. Ad spend paid to Google or other platforms is separate. The full, current plan details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page, which takes precedence if anything here differs.

Which plan fits a Langley business
Most owner-run Langley trades start on Growth. The right plan depends less on how big you are and more on how many channels you need to run at once.
Growth
Growth suits an established trade or local business that needs one or two things done properly: usually local search plus either paid search or website improvements. Think of a Walnut Grove plumbing company with a good reputation and a thin online presence, or a City of Langley salon that needs its listing, reviews and seasonal promotion handled.
Elite
Elite suits a business running several channels together, such as local search, paid search and new-home owner marketing, or one that needs a new website. The 50% discount on website design packages makes it the sensible choice when a rebuild is part of the plan.
Enterprise
Enterprise suits larger operations: multiple crews, several service lines, perhaps more than one location across the Langleys and neighbouring cities. It includes a dedicated team, priority support and a website design and build.
What drives the cost of marketing
The plan fee is only part of what marketing costs. A realistic budget has three pieces.
- The plan fee, from the table above.
- Ad spend, if paid search is part of your plan. This depends on your trade and goals. A modest Langley campaign might start somewhere around $1,000 to $3,000 a month, but we set the figure from your numbers, not a rule of thumb.
- Your time. Someone in your business needs to answer calls promptly, send job photos and ask for reviews. Marketing that produces calls nobody answers is money lost.
A worked example
Suppose you're a Langley roofing company on Growth billed monthly at $1,999, and you spend $2,000 a month on ads. With GST on the plan fee, your total is about $4,099 a month, plus whatever GST applies to your ad platform charges. If your average re-roof is worth $14,000 and you need one extra job a month to cover the cost several times over, the question becomes simple: can the plan realistically produce one or two extra re-roofs a month in the communities you serve? We'll give you our honest view of that in the first conversation.
Now take a cleaner with an average job of $250. The same $4,099 needs about 16 extra jobs a month just to cover cost. That can still work, especially with repeat customers, but it shows why lower-ticket businesses often start with local search and spend less on ads.
What you get with every plan
Regardless of plan, every Langley client gets:
- a written plan with monthly costs and the measure we'll judge success by
- a senior strategist who knows your account
- a plain-language monthly report
- full ownership of your website, domain, listings, ad accounts and content
- month-to-month terms with 30 days' notice to cancel
How to choose, step by step
- Write down your average job value and how many quotes you win. If you don't know, estimate from your last 20 jobs.
- Decide how much more work you can take each month. Be honest about crew capacity.
- List what's broken. Slow website, no reviews, invisible in map results, no ads, or ads that don't pay.
- Count the channels you need. One or two usually means Growth; three or more, or a new website, usually means Elite.
- Call, text or email us with those answers. We'll recommend a plan, or tell you if you don't need us yet.
The free first conversation
Eligible trades businesses get their first 30-minute consultation at no charge, and it carries no obligation. Use it to test us: bring your numbers, ask what we'd change first, and ask what we think it would cost in total, ad spend included. If the honest answer is that you don't need a paid plan yet, that's what you'll hear.
See services for what each part of a plan involves, the FAQ for common questions about contracts and ownership, or the contact page to start.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you choose annual billing for the lower rate, you're committing to the year in exchange for the discount.
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
No. Money spent on Google or other ad platforms is paid to the platform and sits on top of the plan fee. We'll recommend a starting ad budget based on your job value and goals.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. Langley clients pay in Canadian dollars plus 5% GST, and provincial sales tax only where it applies to the service.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from any paid plan and with no obligation to sign up.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Many clients start on Growth and move up when the first results justify a broader scope. Talk to us about timing so the change lines up with your season.
